I myself live on St. Dennis Drive (my building got hit with a weird, forced address change this year, so in a way I don’t know what my official location on the dusty “unassumed” road here is) and I spent a few years building the “25 Problems” dot com site to try and make notes about some of the wacky stuff that the City of Toronto has been doing. I like clear maps, calendars and timelines and working, peer-to-peer bulletin boards that people may upload and download from. And what is the problem with having a regular newsletter???

Note that we are volunteers. We’re not landlords. We’re not spying on you, we’re not in it for the money – and I’m not sure where the money is… advertising perhaps? I am not affiliated with any City of Toronto or council process, or other city-supported agency except as an observer, and I’m not collecting information about ANYBODY.
Of course if we do come together as an actual club or association, proper “vetting” procedures and ways of constituting our membership would have to be worked out, along with (say) Letters Patent and some sort of charter and elections.
Thank you for your interest.
