What would an actual, on the ground T.A. look like along St. Dennis Drive? Would it be weekly monthly meetings in the community centre? Would it be formal, or more casual. A registered non-profit? With monthly dues?

Generally speaking, a large group of organized or semi-organized renters can probably exert more… influence on a building manager, or managers than an individual tenant with an issue or a small group with a largely American social media account. And so here we go.
